If there is any video that best captures "new guitar day" when you finally get your hands on a custom built Carvin, this is it. You can fully see the joy and happiness in his eyes when he's playing. It's like Christmas morning way back when you were 4. I love this clip.
Man! That took me back to when I first picked up my DC127 weeks after I had ordered it, wondering, wondering, wondering, and finally... and it was SO much better than I could have imagined! It just does everything so well. I got the tung-oiled all alder version that Carvin no longer offers and it's been very reliable and stable. I am so happy with it.
It's GREAT seeing Jonathan Butler play and provide commentary about the Carvin SH 575. I currently own a Holdsworth Fatboy. I can hardly wait to order my SH 575. I am a big fan of Carvin and Jonathan Butler. I hope he becomes a permanent Carvin spokeman.
